Steve, you are an anomaly. Most advertising agencies we've worked with in the past cared more about getting paid, than about our company.


I know there are no guarantees when it comes to marketing, but when the sales page you wrote didn't produce desired results I was expecting to hear a conflict or excuses, but you didn't even hesitate to get back to work analyzing the results, and started working on solutions.


You over delivered, and it felt like you cared as much about our business as we do. I'm looking forward to continuing our working relationship.


For anyone reading this, if you want to work with an ethical person who sees your business as a priority you'll be hard pressed to find anyone more genuine.

Yeah, when that first piece got such a low response, I felt pretty bad about it.
But the double digit response from the second one was much better.


That's why I always stick around when I write a sales piece, to make sure we get the best results possible. As long as we're targeting the right audience, with the right message, at the right time; then there's no reason not to get a decent response.

This guy is a genius. In only one meeting Steve was able to give me an accurate evaluation of my sales program and where the weaknesses were. I've been doing sales and marketing for more than 40 years, and I think I'm pretty-good, but there were a number of areas that I hadn't done in the best way, and Steve was able to not only identify them, but also let me know how to fix them. Yes, sometimes even the best of us get caught up in our own micro details. And it can help to have a second set of experienced eyes point out things that would otherwise seem obvious to us.

For those who don’t believe every testimonial they read on a website (because let’s face it, you don’t know if they’re real or not) I scanned just a few of the personal notes my clients have sent me over the years, and I’m posting them below.

I’ve got plenty more where these came from. But if this isn’t enough to convince you I’m sincere, then 100 more won’t make any difference…
